Cancellation Policy

If you would like a quote, send us an email without obligation or contact us by phone,
if our offer is to your liking, please contact us by email or by phone in order to stop it immediately.
We will send you an email with the confirmation letter, where you will be asked for a deposit of 30%.

Up to 20 days from arrival, unless otherwise agreed, free cancellation will be possible.

Alternatively, we accept a credit card as a guarantee, indicating the expiry date and the owner of the same.

In case of no-show (no show) or late cancellation, 30% of the amount will be taken from the credit card.

The balance can be done with complete peace of mind during your stay , by credit card, check or bank transfer.

Normally we return the entire deposit, in the case of extension of the Covid provisions (Lockdown, red-orange zone), instead it may be necessary to refund with a voucher of the same amount to be used by October 2023.

We also accept a limited number of Holiday Bonuses.
