The exterior of the Residence is characterized not only by secular pines but also by a particularly well-kept garden planted with citrus fruits, Ibisco , Oleandri, Bougainville and other Mediterranean plants and flowers. Among the internal paths bordered by hedges and flowering vines, there is also a gazebo to enjoy a refreshing break in the greenery and a large terrace furnished with tables, chairs and sun loungers available to our customers.
To safeguard the beautiful environment that surrounds us we use renewable sources. Actually the water is heated by solar panels integrated by a gas centralized heating system and a large part of the electricity is produced by the new photovoltaic system.

Cancellation policy
If you would like a quote, send us an email without obligation or contact us by phone, if our offer is to your liking, please contact us by email or by phone in order to stop it immediately. We will send you an email with the confirmation letter, where you will be asked for a deposit of 30%.
Up to 20 days of arrival, unless otherwise agreed, free cancellation will be possible.
Alternatively, we accept a credit card as a guarantee, indicating the expiry date and the owner of the same.
In case of no-show (no show) or late cancellation, 30% of the amount will be taken from the credit card.
The balance can be made with complete peace of mind during the stay, by credit card, check or bank transfer.
Normally we return the entire deposit, in the case of extension of the Covid provisions (Lockdown, red-orange zone), however, it may be necessary to reimburse with a voucher of the same amount to be used by October 2023.
