• 2-room Flats A. 2-room Flats A. Two-room Flats have a separate double room, a wide balcony surrounded by bushes, air-conditioning, a TV, wi-fi connection and private parking-area.
• 2-room Flats B. 2-room Flats B. A furnished veranda and a balcony characterize these two-room flats which have also air-conditioning, a TV, wi-fi connection and private parking-area. The separate bedroom has bunk beds.

In all our flats there are excellent thermal-sanitary fixtures and electric systems which comply with current regulations.

As a contribution to such a beautiful environment, we use renewable energy sources, in fact water is warmed-up by solar panels integrated by a central gas heating system.
