Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM. If you arrive after 9.00PM: please let us know it, so we can inform our security guard. 
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM

If you arrive early or wish to leave later, just let us know—we always try to assist.

Final Cleaning
Final cleaning is included. We only ask you to leave the apartment tidy, with the kitchenette clean and rubbish disposed of.

Linen
• Bed linen and towels are provided.
• Extra changes are available at reception for a small fee.

Pets
Pets are allowed in all apartment types.
Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome kit with a bowl, bags, and a little surprise.
The daily fee per pet will be communicated during booking.

Parking
Each apartment has its own free reserved parking space—perfect for travellers arriving by car.

Smoking
Please avoid smoking indoors.
You may smoke outdoors, respecting other guests.

We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours during the evening and night.
